“I want to thank him because we're trying to cut down our payroll, and as far as I'm concerned I'm very thankful that he let go a large number of people because now we have a smaller payroll,” Trump said. “There's no real reason for them to go back. I greatly appreciate the fact that we've been able to cut our payroll of the United States. We're going to save a lot of money.”

Trump's answer was a tad tongue-in-cheek, but he gave no clear indication that he was joking or trying to be facetious in offering his gratitude to Putin....

They should, as Putin's problem is relatively small.

A little advice to Putin, please keep the shirt on. What's his problem? Nikita Khrushchev and Brezhnev never posed with their shirts off.

The thought of either one topless is enough to induce a strong gag

reflex. And Leonid sure could have used a pair of eyebrow trimmers.

I will say for a man of his age Putin doesn't look too bad, but still he

should cover up. Try putting sanctions on those man boobs.

Yep, Putin "crushed" Zakaria by flapping his gums for 90% of
the time in front of a rear kissing audience on his own
propaganda TV network. Big deal. I knew Vlad was an
authoritarian thug and all around creep, but I didn't realize
his knowledge of the Electoral College was so poor.

Saw pics of Putin fishing topless last night on the nightly news.
Will someone send this guy a bro ASAP?

Mueller team zeroes in on Trump financial crimes because they’re faster to prosecute: CNN

“Investigators are delving into financial crimes including some unconnected to the election,” said Brown. “Investigators have combed through the list of shell companies and buyers of Trump-branded real estate properties. They’ve scrutinized the roster of tenants at Trump Tower in Manhattan — reaching back several years.”

Brown said that investigators are zeroing in on financial crimes because they present “a more concrete path to prosecution.”....
