Nice list AlamoScout. I will have to think of mine. I usually don't rate things lower than a 7. I begin with everything at an 8. If a picture seems average it stays at an 8. If it seems a bit subpar in places, then I drop it to a 7. But I don't go lower than that-- because I'm a fan of classic films and they all have some merit. If halfway through watching something, I am of the opinion it's excellent I raise it to a 9. And if by the end it seems to be superior or outstanding in nearly every regard, then I give it a 10.
