Thanks for the info. The one I was trying to find was the Right of Way with Bette Davis and James Stewart. I will have to watch the one you refered to to see if they are similiar. Thanks again!!

I think the actor is Fredrick March and......??????? I will probably think of it in the middle of the night. Seems as though there was a remake as well. ??????? hmmmmm.......... Jan

Could it be the made for TV feature Right of Way, featuring another pair of screen legends: Bette Davis and James Stewart?

Hi, Does anyone know the name of a movie where a woman has a terminal illness and they are both old. The daughter wants her to get treatment, but she does not want it. The woman and her husband go out to their car that they love, turn it on and listen to music while they slip off to sleep. The daughter goes to the house when she realizes what they plan to do, but when she gets there she does not try to stop them because she knows they cannot live apart. I thought it was Katherine Hepburn and Henry Fonda, but cannot find it in their infomation. Please help as I am going crazy trying to figure this out. Thanks, Penny
