Looking for a Doris Day movie

I believe it is a Doris Day movie. I have not seen it since I was 9 years old. They used to show it on the Family Film Festival on Sunday afternoons. Doris Day's character is a mother. As she is washing her daughter, the daughter complains about the smell that shampoo makes her smell like. So she takes and washes her hair with the soap. And her daughter loves the smell. Well the company hears about the her story with her daughter and offers her a job advertising for them. Anybody remember the title of that movie? Love to see it agian.

    James Cagney

I love James Cagney. The time is seen a James Cagney movie was when I was 13 years old back in 1990. It was Yankee Doodle Dandy. Well for the last few years I been saying that I was going to expand my JC horizians and explore his other movies. Lets say I am greatful for Tivo. Now I have seen Angels With Dirty Faces, The Roaring 20s, Public Enemy, and etc. Still my favorite is Yankee Doodle Dandy. My close favorite is Angels with Dirty Faces.

    Baseball movies

I seen Safe at Home one time. I didn't even remember the title of the movie until I read it on the schedual. It is a cute little movie about kids telling lies. In my profession I can get caught up in telling those same woopers (I was/am a movie extra). In this movie the kid lies about meeting a famouse ball player. It has the actor that played Fred in I Love Lucy in it.

Wal-Mart, Blockbuster, and the Irony of "Unrated" DVDs

Me personally I have over 300 movies, most of them G, PG, Pg-13s and some Rs. I think that they change movie ratings over time. Like if it was R in 1970 they tend to change it to Pg-13 because of our decaying morals. Relize that what we call a PG movie in 2009 would have been a R in 1970. I remember sometimes when I went and seen movies or bought movies that I thought would be R turned out to be PG-13. If you want my oppion, the rating system in wacked.

    Baseball movies

This is going to sound off-beat, but I am new. There has been the Jackie Robinson story with Jackie. (I collect baseball movies. Love Baseball. My mother buys me tickets to my local minor league for Christmas/birthday.) Anyways I was watching the Special Features to Old Yeller just the other week. The actor that played The Riffile Man on TV was a Dodger before he became an actor.
