    The Horse Soldiers (1959)

surprised nobodys mention how Ford was so upset over the accidental death of a stuntman on the set of Horse Soldiers that he didnt even care about the film anymore after filming most of it

What is your favorite western & why??

for me its a fight between American and Italian..i cant decide between The Searchers and the Good the Bad and the Ugly.. The Searchers because I love the story, I love films that are epic and the scope if large, such a great and simple story about a man looking for his niece, the photography in that movie is also some of the best The Good, the Bad, & the Ugly..because its just so damn entertaining! The music is also top notch.
