I greatly appreciate any help. Here's what I remember: Old Army Air Corps movie, during the war I believe. I could have sworn it was Gregory Peck who played the part of the Commander, but not sure. The Airmen are on a top secret base preparing for a mission (Doolittle's Raid?) and the commander isn't spending much time with his family, once he finally decides to indeed fly his wife out there. The contractors were wearing white suits, and some scientists fixed the sink in their quarters, because the wife thought he was a plumber, but I think he was working on the A bomb. I watched half of it while on TDY doing some Army training, as was really into the movie, but had to do some Army stuff. Like I said, any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
