  1. Hi! Please contact me if you have on VHS and/or DVD-- Fred Astaire: Puttin' On His Top Hat & Fred Astaire: Change Partners & Dance Both documentaries aired in 1980 on PBS-TV; the producers were Joan Kramer & David Heeley, & they were narrated by Joanne Woodward. Thanks!
  2. Oh yes. I've ordered it a couple of months ago & it is terrific. Wonderful!
  3. Log unto www.20thcenturyvintage.biz. It's located in Connecticut. I've just found it & purchased a DVD of the 1930 version of Holiday. Good Luck & Enjoy.
  4. Hey Everybody! Do you TCM Fans out there have e-mail information on David Heeley, the director/producer/writer who helped to create the wonderful 1980s/1990s/Early 2000s documentaries on Fred Astaire, Errol Flynn, Henry Fonda, John Garfield, The Group Theatre, Katharine Hepburn, James Stewart, & Spencer Tracy? Thanks Everybody!
  5. Hey Everybody! If any TCM fan out there has late 1990s Private Screenings broadcasts with Betty Hutton & Jack Lemmon/Walter Matthau available on DVD, please let me know. Thanks Everybody!
  6. OK. Thanks For Your Response TomJH. Appreciate It!
  7. Hi! I generally enjoy the Warner Archive DVDs, but I'm wondering why there are no closed captioning/language options on these films. Also, these DVDs do not contain scene selection options. Whenever some of these movies are broadcast on TCM (for example, the 1937 classic Jeanette MacDonald/Nelson Eddy musical Maytime), they are indeed broadcast in closed captioning. Thanks Everybody!
  8. Hi traceyk65, I have a copy of the special edition DVD of On Golden Pond, but there is a 16 minute tribute clip that's dedicated to Hepburn after her 2003 death, but it is not the 1981 documentary that was broadcast with Douglas Fairbanks, Jr. as narrator on PBS. Thanks Very Much For Your Response & Happy New Year!

  11. Hi! If anyone has available a DVD videotape of Letty Lynton (MGM/1932/Joan Crawford, Robert Montgomery), please message me or e-mail me. Thanks!
  12. Hi! If any classic film admirer has a copy available for DVD of Starring Katharine Hepburn (a 1981 PBS documentary with Douglas Fairbanks, Jr. as narrator), I'll be delighted to hear from you. The year this documentary played on PBS coincided with the then upcoming 1981 feature film release of On Golden Pond. Thanks Everybody!
  13. Hi! If anyone has a copy of Philip Barry's Holiday (1930, with Ann Harding, Mary Astor, Robert Ames), please notify me. I'm fascinated with seeing this rare version on a DVD. Thanks!
