  1. I just learned that actress Emma Chambers passed away from a heart attack on Feb. 21. I was so shocked by her passing. I've been a fan of Emma's since the first time I saw her as Alice Tinker on "The Vicar of Dibley" starring Dawn French.  I will miss her very much.  She brought me great pleasure.

I was and am a tremendous fan of the " Vicar of Dibley " and Alice Tinker, Emma Chambers.

She was an unique comic actress with the verbal and the physical capacity to make you laugh.

While this news makes me very sad, I can't help but smile when I think of Emma's characterization of Alice Tinker and how much joy and pleasure she gave me through the years.
