  1. Tonight's spooky review is one that TopBilled and I both decided to watch and review! "The Red House" is a must watch around Halloween time. If the woods scare you, then this movie will give you goosebumps! I forgot to mention in the review how great the score by Miklos Rozsa is! I also want to mention that not many people have checked out my "Carnival of Souls" review...you don't need to watch the review, but please see that movie! It was so well done and super creepy! Remember to subscribe to my YouTube channel, and you'll always know when my reviews come out! Also, leave comments because I love interacting with my viewers!
  2. Bzz bzzz..This is such a great classic horror flick to watch! It is a must see, and Vincent Price wasn't even the bad guy! What did you think of me adding creepy music to the review, guys? Should I keep it or put it back to no music?
  3. This is a visually beautiful movie that shows life in Monte Carlo in the 50s. I enjoyed it for this reason and for the most part only this reason :3 It's a story of romance and gambling and also Marlene Dietrich's only Italian made film. What did you think of the romance between De Sica and Dietrich? Did it work for you? Remember to leave a comment and subscribe for more reviews!
  4. I truly enjoyed this costume drama with Vincent Price and Gene Tierney! Let me know if you've seen it or what your thoughts are on it. My review is below. I apologize for the sound quality, I recorded with the wrong mic My next review will be "Portrait of Jennie," which is another romance movie that I enjoyed. My thoughts: I really appreciate anyone that comments or follows me on YouTube! I also love recommendations! ~ Ian Patrick ~

Hello TCM community! I usually post my reviews farther below in the "genre" area of this website, but I decided to also post them here in this General Discussions forum just in case some people don't venture into the genre area. I post at least two video reviews a week and give recommendations on tons of classic movies. My channel is on YouTube..subscribe to me there or leave a comment on my videos! I love to interact with my viewers. This month is going to be nothing but horror classics. I already did a review on "The Black Cat" and posted that in the horror genre area. My next review which I will post in about an hour is going to be "The Terror." It's kicking off my very first Halloween special! I hope you all enjoy the reviews that I come out with in the future :3

I've been there years and years ago and totally forgot how it looked! Thanks for sharing this TB! Those are amazing photos and truly show how little the Mayflower was.

This was my first Mega movie review! It took me several weeks to get all the information and courage to finally sit down and do this review! I hope you enjoy this part one...it focuses on my thoughts of the movie. Part two will focus on the history and making of the film! "Duel in the Sun" is truly one of the best Westerns of all time. You must see it!
  10. This is a classic Christmas comedy that everyone should watch at least once! I can't believe Christmas is in 4 days! I have one more Christmas review for you all this year :3
  11. The third and final chapter to the "fly" trilogy! It actually wasn't too bad, despite not having Vincent Price. I recommend watching this review only if you have already seen the first two "fly" movies! Finally, all the flies have been swatted! Be sure to subscribe for more Frightening Friday Flick reviews in the future!

Thank you TB! It's a lot of fun making these...just a bit more difficult finding the time. I miss the days when I could easily make 3 a week lol. I hardly have enough time to get on this site, but it's nice to see your post

  15. This sequel to "The Fly" was actually pretty good for being a "B Horror" movie. Vincent Price is a joy to watch as always! I have just one more "fly" movie to watch, guys! That will be next week's horror review. Be sure to leave a comment and to subscribe for more reviews!

  17. Clark Gable getting torn between two women? Nothing unusual, but this movie is definitely a must see! I enjoy it's later remake, "Mogambo," a little more, but "Red Dust" is probably the better film. Be sure to subscribe and leave a comment! I love talking with you all more than anything!

  20. Hello everyone! I'd like to introduce myself to the TCM community. My name is Ian Patrick, and I have always had so much love for films from the 1930s - 1950s. I recently started a YouTube channel where I can share my thoughts, opinions, and knowledge on all future classic movies that I decide to watch. I am 24 years old and looking for people to share my love for old classics with. I'll watch anything from this era and will definitely take recommendations! I have already reviewed several classics. Come check me out if you have any interest! I come out with about 2 reviews every week, and I'm excited to make friends through this little project of mine! This is my YouTube page: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCe75S_tAR0QgpZbctSMMM9g I recently watched the movie, "Dragonwyck," with Vincent Price and Gene Tierney, so that will be my upcoming review! I must say, it was a pretty spooky costume thriller! I didn't expect anything less from the great Vincent Price. I will be posting my future classic movie reviews here in the forum, and please feel free to message me! I would love to hear from you all! ~ Ian Patrick ~

    " The Witch" (2016)

I thought it was a great movie but fell apart in the last 30 minutes as most horror movies do

"The Buccaneer" 1958 Video Movie Review - War of 1812 Flick!

Just wanted to clarify I didn't say anything against the "artistry" of set movies...my point was simply that I (my personal preference that I'm sure a lot of people feel too) enjoy adventure movies that are filmed more on location or at least feel like they are on location...Westerns are a completely different thing. However, a movie like "The Searchers" or "The Big Country" are incredible and have many amazing shots on location! That's why I consider those better than the average Western movie. I saw "The Revenant" last night and that was basically as good as it gets when it comes to filming on location. It really takes you on a ride into the wilderness, and you feel like you're on an adventure. If you haven't seen it, I suggest you see it in the theater before it goes to DVD!
  25. "Indestructible Man" is a silly 70 minute long horror/sci-fi/noir flick that is good if you want a quick movie to watch on a late week day night. I would not recommend this for a Friday or Saturday night because I don't want to ruin one of your weekend nights! Feels good to be back doing a horror review! Let me know what you thought of the movie and be sure to subscribe!
