  1. This was my first Mega movie review! It took me several weeks to get all the information and courage to finally sit down and do this review! I hope you enjoy this part one...it focuses on my thoughts of the movie. Part two will focus on the history and making of the film! "Duel in the Sun" is truly one of the best Westerns of all time. You must see it!

  3. I saw this movie about a year ago, and I fell in love instantly. I highly recommend you watch this movie if you like war/romance films! The best gypsy movie ever in my opinion. Subscribe to me on YouTube and enjoy the video review! For the rest of October, I will only be doing horror/suspense movie reviews to really get in the Halloween spirit! Look for my upcoming reviews in the horror genre forum!
  4. A great WWII movie that the great Fritz Lang directed! Important to note that this came out just some months before the US entered WWII, so it was definitely trying to get Americans in the fighting mood and enter the war against Germany. Please remember to subsribe to my channel or like the video on YouTube if you're enjoying these reviews so far!
  5. Up next on my Halloween Special is "Carnival of Souls." I truly wasn't expecting it to be so scary! This is a must see for the month of Halloween! Watch until the very end...something bizarre happens! I'm going to continue to put spooky reviews up every night! Please subscribe to my channel on Youtube or give the videos a like! It helps me out a lot! Plus, you'll be notified every time my reviews come out.
  6. This was a fun movie about Jean Lafitte, the privateer, who helped the Americans beat the British during the War of 1812. Sadly, it is a bit forgettable, but the great actors in this movie saved it from being a total bust!
  7. This is one of my favorite war genres! I was really excited to see this movie because it has Gregory Peck (one of my favorite actors)! However, I was disappointed I guess I had too high hopes. Let me know if you have seen any more Napoleonic war films that take place at sea that I did not mention in my review. I would love to see it! My next review is going to be a Paul Muni film, who is also one of my favorite actors of all time. Be sure to subscribe to me on YouTube or comment on my videos if you are enjoying these reviews!
  8. This is a sweet romance film but ultimately forgettable. I would recommend watching it once...but probably not again. Please leave a comment or a like! I love hearing from you all.
  9. This is my favorite version of "Little Women!" It has such a wonderful Christmas feel to it in the beginning. It's a great flick to watch while drinking hot coco and curling up on the couch :3 Merry Christmas, everyone! This is going to be my last Christmas review for the year! I hope you all have a blessed Christmas Eve and Christmas day with your families!
  10. This is a sweet romance film that I think is definitely worth watching! It launched Robert Taylor's career and made him a household name. I hope you all are enjoying my romance reviews! That's pretty much all I feel like watching these days...Sorry to my horror fans! Be sure to subscribe or leave a comment!

"Little Women" 1949 Video Movie Review - Merry Christmas!

They are great Christmas time movies! Even though the whole film doesn't take place during Christmas, it still has that "feel."

"Camille" 1936 Video Movie Review - Garbo and Taylor!

This is perhaps Greta Garbo's best performance of her short career. I certainly enjoyed this movie and highly recommend it to romance lovers. Robert Taylor is always a joy to watch in his early days!
  13. This is a great movie for those who love Civil War flicks. If you sympathize with the South and the Confederates, then this movie is really perfect for you! Overall, it's a decent B movie...it's difficult to compare it with a giant like "Gone with the Wind," but "Drums in the Deep South" is definitely worth watching at least once. Be sure to subscribe to the channel for more reviews! I do at least three a week! A Frightening Friday Flick will be out later today!

"History is Made at Night" Movie Review - 4/4 Stars!

This movie had all the right ingredients for a great romance movie! Please watch the movie if you have not because I couldn't find a single flaw in it! This is one to remember (especially the crazy iceberg scene towards the end of the movie). It has everything we all love about the classics! If you like Charles Boyer as much as I do, then this is a must see. My review: Please subscribe to my YouTube channel if you're enjoying my reviews so far! Also, feel free to comment here or on YouTube. Let me know your opinions or if you know any interesting facts about the movie! ~ Ian Patrick ~
  15. I'm creating this forum just for the month of October! After October, I'll return to posting in my normal reviews/recommendations forum. I will be coming out with a new classic horror movie review just about every day so keep checking this forum! I am now on my second day of the Halloween Special and tonight's review is "Carnival of Souls." It was seriously scary, guys! On top of that, something a bit freaky spooked me at the end of the review. This is a must watch for the month of Halloween, and you can find it on YouTube if nowhere else!
  16. I've always thought wax figures are really creepy...it's hard to believe this movie was made in 1933! It's super creepy... Keep an eye out for the next spooky review! It's going to be a really horrific one!

  25. Get out the mashed potatoes and turkey! It's Thanksgiving time! What better classic movie is there to watch than "Plymouth Adventure?" I wish you all a wonderful Thanksgiving with your families or wherever you are! I know once I spent this holiday alone in Italy, and it was a bit sad...but we can all give thanks for everything we have! After all, we are all alive and hopefully well!
