  1. OUTSTANDING restoration of the 1958 Hammer film classic, on a great region 2 bluray/dvd release that is worth getting! You get the 2007 initial restoration AND the 2012 restoration (aspect ratio 1:66.1) that includes MISSING footage shown only in Japan at the time. Audio commentary by historians Marcus Hearn and Jonathan Rigby. Extras include documentaries and interviews! A very important release that requires a region 2 player/region free player for viewing!!
  2. The final Frankenstein movie from Hammer films (directed by the great Terence Fisher) , starring Peter Cushing, Shane Bryant and Madeline Smith ; finally presented in a clear stellar 3 disc presentation on bluray/dvd, on region 2, from ICON. Presented in full 1:66.1 AND 1.37:1 aspect ratios and fully restored in sound and audio with commentary by Marcus Hearn and star's, Madeline Smith and Shane Bryant. Also are several wonderful documentaries on the film that are worth watching!
