  1. Looking to find movie title from the late 1930's or 1940's - basic plot: daughter of a wealthy new york city couple who are divorcing is sent to the country with a secretary from the divorce lawyer's office to avoid news reporters - the secretary meets a man from the train who kisses her goodbye on the platform, follows her to the hotel/resort in the country, befriends the daughter and pretends to be her (the secretary's) husband. There is also a "jingle" about the "clickity-clack" noise that the train makes as it rolls down the tracks that features fairly prominently in the movie. I can't remember any of the actors names. Thanks

  3. I’m hoping someone can help me remember the title from the synopsis I remember. I remember maybe the female lead was an actress or singer... the male lead was from the country woods etc... the female either got amnesia or went into hiding at his cabin. She was a city girl he was country/woodsy.... of course they fell in love. I remember it was a romantic comedy with possible some dramatic parts. Can’t figure out what movie it was and it’s driving me nuts!!! Watched it years ago!!
  4. I need help remembering a movie title! It was a story about a woman judge (she had brunette hair) and it was a romantic comedy, I believe. She had a house near an ocean and there was a scene of her and the guy in a shack by the water. I think the film ends with him interrupting a case in court and they end up together. I watched this movie on TCM with my grandmother a few years ago. She recently passed and I would love to be able to find it to watch it again. I know that description was vague :/ I don't believe it was the movie with Shirley Temple as photos I've looked it doesn't seem familiar. TIA
