We had corned beef and cabbage with potatoes & carrots today and it was out of this world. Yummy! In fact the potatoes were green.

Nice to see so many folks of Irish ancestory actually had this for their birthday. This child of the Celts who celebrate St. Andrew's Day hope those of St. Patrick had a nice one. I actually tried to make corned beef and cabbage with carrots and potatoes thrown in and it went pretty well. You original "green people" really know a good dish when you taste it.
