Gary Cooper – there is nobody in all of film land that I love more :x

The rest all remind me of Gary either in manner or the parts they played.

Freddy,

I added several more. I am still looking for good stills of Jacqueline Logan, and Dorothy Janis. They are Two and Three on my Top 10 list of Silent screen beauties. I have good photos of both, but need to locate them. Also Marceline Day was exceptionally lovely. Did I mention Eleanor Boardman???

My favorite Silent Screen actress is Renee Adoree. There was no one else like her. But Colleen Moore comes pretty close. My most beautiful list is topped by Corinne Griffith. Four and five are Olive Thomas, and Delores Costello.

Nice list! Here's a bit of some of my crushes. They each had their own elegance and beauty; Joan Crawford, Anna May Wong, Janet Gaynor, impish Nancy Carroll, stunning Anita Page, Louise Brooks (of course!), Mae Marsh, and pick a Talmadge sister!

I love a lot of silent film stars but I have a special few I just like to gawk at because they are just so good looking or I like the way they move or their face appeals to me or they make me laugh (not in any order except for perhaps number one): Richard Barthelmess, Charles Farrell, Ramon Novarro, Nils Asther, Lawrence Gray, John Boles, John Gilbert, Joseph Schildkraut, Henry B. Walthall, Richard Dix, Harold Lloyd, Buster Keaton, and Lloyd Hughes.

We all have lived a little Somewhere In Time? Who's your Silent movie crush? Betty Bronson was just a cute little pixie! And could you ever take your eyes off Lillian Gish?
