My contribution to your list will be more Elvis. Yes, as was pointed out earlier, it seems he did do a lot of singing in a car in most of his movies.

In the movie Wild In the Country, he sang I Slipped, I Stumbled, I Fell.
In Roustabout, he sang I Got Wheels on a motorcycle.
In Follow That Dream, he sang What A Wonderful Life in a car during opening credits.
In Kid Gallahad, he sang King of the Whole Wide World on the back of a moving truck.
Also, in Kid Gallahad, he sang Riding the Rainbow in a restored antique Ford(?) with Charles Bronson and Gig Young sitting in the back seat.
In Kissin' Cousins, he sang I'm Just A Smoky Mountain Boy while driving an army jeep.

I'm sure he did more, but that's all I got right now.

In the 1942 MGM movie KATHLEEN Gail Patrick leads Shirley Temple and Herbert Marshall in a song while driving.

In the 1931 MGM movie CUBAN LOVE SONG a marine is driving a car and a lot of others jump on too and they all sing "When the Caissons Go Rolling Along" while driving away.

In PAJAMA PARTY (1964) Annette Funicello and Tommy Kirk sing "There Has to Be a Reason" while driving in a car (Annette is doing the driving).

Sure enough the next entry in the series, BIKINI BEACH (1964) starts out again with Frankie, Annette and the gang singing the title tune while driving.

Just like in BEACH PARTY, the next one in the series, MUSCLE BEACH PARTY (1964) starts off with Frankie, Annette and most of the rest of the cast singing while driving their cars. The song this time is "Surfer's Holiday".

Just heard Annette Funicello and Frankie Avalon singing Beach Party in the film Beach Party while Frankie is driving a yellow convertible on the beach. btw- the song was terrible! LOL

The movie Ski Party (1965) - Leslie Gore sings Sunshine, Lollipops and Rainbows. Not a car, but in a bus. The film will be on TCM Fri. nite @8pm.

In the 1937 MGM short BARS AND STRIPES bandleader Dick Winslow is driving along, singing to himself and gets so involved that unintentionally he starts speeding. He then gets arrested.

Lots of singin' while drivin' in Elvis movies, it seems.
Here's another:
In CLAMBAKE (1967) Elvis and Will Hutchins sing "Who Needs Money?" while Will is driving a car and Elvis is riding on a motorcycle.

In BLUE HAWAII (1961) Elvis Presley sings two songs while driving in a car.

In the movie THE MAN IN THE GRAY FLANNEL SUIT (1956) Gregory Peck and Marisa Pavan are riding in a truck (Marisa is driving) and Gregory sings "Ramblin' Wreck from Georgia Tech" to her as they drive along.
