In Florida, nobody seems to be in much of a hurry to do anything. Heat=Lassitude.

I haven't checked in this morning yet. Are they done counting in Florida? What's WITH that state and elections? How about we take Puerto Rico and drop FLA? (no offense personally to any forum members there)

Well, it's about time... This has been going on for Puerto Ricans since 1917: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Voting_rights_in_Puerto_Rico

Used to be yapping in Canada, humorous mostly, about entering discussions with Castro about making Cuba a part of Canada. That's because so many Canadians vacation in Cuba...
May as well make it part of Canada, the humorous talk went...
Don't believe moi, check this out (also talk about Turks and Caicos Islands joining Canada):

What's annoying to me is that I watch most movies via DVR. That means I still have political ads on the comercial stations I taped, (SYFY, TBS, THIS.) However I can always fast forward them. I guess they'll go away in a month or two, (that what she said.)

When I think of Ford, the first thing I think of is the NYC tabloid headline........"Ford to NY----DROP DEAD"

Guys and gals, I seem to sense some bitterness here from some of you about last night??

That's fine. But I'm still waiting to hear from what film was Jane Russell in costume for, when that photo in another post below was taken??

I don't think it was "Paleface"???

I have always wondered about that sentiment. Does that mean that if I do not study history I can recreate the Roaring Twenties or resurrect the elegance of Nineteenth Century Tsarist St. Petersburg?

I would search far and wide for a way to unlearn things if that were true.
