Fake news can't touch Trump. He makes them look like idiots without even having to try. He's having the time of his life trolling the fake news. Believe it.

President Trump says he has told Press Sec. Sanders "not to bother" with giving formal press briefings from the "podium" anymore.

The last formal White House briefing was Dec. 18, 2018.

Trump press sec Sarah Huckabee Sanders tries to distance Trump from Roger Stone, who worked diligently to crush Hillary Clinton’s campaign.

She says Stone indictment has nothing to do with president, and Stone is somebody who has been a consultant for dozens of GOP candidates.

I think Sarah Huckabee Sanders may be living the world's saddest life right now, knowing daily that the only thing she will *ever* be remembered for is that she lied for the worst, most illegitimate, and most criminal president in American history until the *bitter end*

Fox News primetime: Airing shows no one watches and no one will advertise on to own the libs

Twofold conclusion here:

MSNBC is gaining supporters, but they are certainly not coming from Fox.

*Fox is losing the support of trump supporters by

1) lack of Interest in a losing game

2) extreme lying that even makes the gullible look bad

3) and just plain attrition from a dying demographic.

**Also advertisers are leaving Fox because they can smell the loss of Revenue from offending the majority of Americans who buy their products and services.

Most Americans  are offended  and disgusted with the lying, bigotry, racism, and sexism spewing out of this

sick joke cable " news " channel.

I thought the great white Hunter was supposed to be handling the businesses and staying out of politics.

By the way what is his position in the government?

I guess he spends most of his time arranging meetings with Russian lawyers about adoptions that will never take place.

The National Enquirer’s Alleged Threats Against Jeff Bezos Have Put It in Enormous Legal Jeopardy

Here are all the laws American Media Inc. may have broken in going after the Amazon CEO.

"..... It now appears that the media firm may also have acted as a sword slashing at Trump’s enemies. The company recently targeted Jeff Bezos—world’s richest man, CEO of Amazon, owner of the Washington Post, and frequent target of Trump’s ire—by exposing his extramarital affair with Lauren Sanchez.

Bezos responded by launching a private investigation of AMI’s methods and possible political motivations. (Did they come after him at the behest of Trump or perhaps Trump family pals, the Saudis?)

Then, in an effort both brazen and bizarre, AMI sought to quash Bezos’ investigation by threatening to publish a series of intimate photos of the CEO and Sanchez. .......

Bloomberg is reporting that federal prosecutors have begun looking into whether AMI’s behavior with respect to Bezos may constitute a violation of the aforementioned nonprosecution agreement.

There are a number of legal questions at play here. Did AMI’s threats amount to a crime? If so, who could be prosecuted? Why was AMI so desperate to silence allegations that it was acting politically? How, if at all, does this squalid business fit into the large picture of Trump scandals and investigations? .........

last night Trump held another of his Nazi rallies and again told lies about abortion and whipped his dimwit worshipers into a murderous frenzy. one of them jumped into the press pen and attacked a cameraman, so yes please, more hit pieces on Democrats who eat chicken with a fork

This  is not just a domestic crime incident perpetrated by another ignorant trump supporter.

This is a diplomatic issue as the BBC represents the United Kingdom.

Just as the Prime Minister had to address the Russians accused of poisoning a British citizen, she will also have to address an American citizen accused of an unprovoked attack against a BBC photojournalist.

The BBC is known for going into tough spots in war zones, horrendous natural disasters and all kinds of violent political crisis in order to report the world news to the world-- by television, radio, and internet.

It's probably rather shocking and surprising too many in the world that the BBC has been so physically attacked in the United States at a rally sponsored and promoted by the president of the United States.

This kind of thing can only escalate, along with trump's hateful rhetoric and the low-life supporters left in his base.

the best phrase I can think of to describe all of this is a phrase we used to use on campus during the Vietnam War:

" The Whole World Is Watching."

CNN, MSNBC to air ad on American Nazis film, "A Night at the Garden"

CNN and MSNBC have both decided to air a commercial for a film about American Nazis, The Washington Post reported Friday.

The ad, which is for the short film “A Night at the Garden,” will air during CNN's “The Situation Room” and MSNBC's “The Rachel Maddow Show” on Monday, according to the Post.

The film is nominated for an Academy Award and shows footage from a 1939 Nazi rally in New York.

“We decided to dig deep and pay for television ads we weren’t planning to buy because we wanted to make the point that Fox News is out of the mainstream,” the movie’s director, Marshall Curry, told the newspaper.

“It says something that some news channels trust their audience to interpret American history while Fox distrusts its audience and doesn’t think it can do that.”.........

The film examines the 1939 rally held by the Bund, an American Nazi Party which attracted 20,000 supporters to Madison Square Garden on Feb. 20, 1939. The filmmakers say it is intended as a warning about the current political climate. They said they explicitly sought out airtime on Fox to reach supporters of President Trump.

“The point of the spot is less about rallying people who are already worried [about demagoguery] than reaching people who don’t realize how dangerous this tactic is,” Curry told The Post.......
