Image result for sarah huckabee sanders on democrats

Every time I see this woman, she looks like one of the students in my college botany class trying to identify all the trees around the Campanelli and Potter's Lake.

When the president's press secretary has a perfectly good White House briefing room why does she always stand outside as if she's anxious to make a fast getaway or maybe some airplane or backfire will obscure the next question?

Or maybe she's just trying to make the press as uncomfortable as possible, which might limit their questioning.

Propaganda only works with a stupid audience.

Worth noting too: the president of the United States just called for an economic boycott of one of the country's largest telecommunications firm

as a way of pressuring a media organization to cover him in a way that he approves of.

NBC's Engel: Trump 'sounded delusional'

saying 'thousands' welcomed him in UK

Trump:  ".... and it was a very small group of people put in for political reasons. So it was fake news," he added.

Engel disputed the president's account while speaking with "Today" co-host Savannah Guthrie.

“The protesters have been circulating through downtown London,” Engel said. “Listening to President Trump, he sounds like he has been in a different city than we have been in. We have not seen thousands of people out on the streets welcoming President Trump.”

“That sounded to be somewhat delusional,” Engel added. “Instead, we have seen thousands of people expressing their opposition to President Trump. They say they don’t want him here.” ....

John Heilemann Calls ‘Bulls**t’ On Sean Hannity’s ‘Business Model Built On Lies’

“The business model of Fox News is to create an alternative reality that is destroying the country,” said the MSNBC analyst.

“The business model of Fox News is to create an alternative reality that is destroying the country,” he claimed, noting how Fox had “created a world where there are tens of millions of people who think Hillary Clinton is a criminal.”

“Sean’s not crazy. He gets what he’s doing,” said Heilemann. “That’s his business model. And I think to be clear-eyed about it is to understand what they are doing.”

Part of the political reality that Pelosi is currently confronting is one “created by Sean Hannity and his business model built on lies and fantasy and hypocrisy and ****,” he added.......

Democrats were hoping today’s hearing would be agenda-setting, widely watched.

All the cables are on the helicopter crash.

Impeachment hearings are the only way to ensure television coverage of Trump investigations.

It’s the only way to take the microphone away from Trump.

If you’re still against it, fine, but don’t expect regular hearings to command the same kind of media attention.

Just watched @chucktodd "interview" the president about kids and the border.

I don't know what that was. But it was not public discourse.

Nothing to do with eliciting information, or accountability, or where do you stand?

It was like feeding English sentences into a wood chipper. <_<

Here is Why Trump ‘Wins’ When Facing Non-Friendly Interviews,

and What Should Be Done About It-

"...There are several important explanations for how this was allowed to happen. The first is that Trump’s “Fake News!” mantra has so inoculated him among his “Cult 45” base that he could literally give the worst interview in history to a liberal mainstream outlet and it would be blown off by the vast majority of Republicans, and all of the state-run “conservative” media, as just another example of how the mainstream media is out to get Trump.

The second is that Trump has, through the shear nuclear magnitude of his constant deceit, has reduced the price he must pay for saying something which is untrue, even when proven, to be basically nothing.

When you know you can lie constantly and effectively not be held accountable, it is like an offensive line in football free to break any rule they want, secure that even if they get called for holding, the penalty will not be enforced....

If, instead of playing this game they cannot win, the news media was disciplined and patient enough (it would help a lot of they could work in tandem on this) to drill on just one subject with him until they finally struck pay-dirt, Trump would be in real trouble.

The media needs to create new “Trump Rules,” where when the president tells a clear lie the interview does NOT move on until either he is forced to admit to that lie, or he walks out of the interview like the immature man-child that he is...."

https://www.mediaite.com/opinion/here-is-why-trump-wins-when-facing-non-friendly-interviews-and-what-should-be-done-about-it/

If properly executed, this gambit would surely work like a charm.

Ex-ethics chief laments Stephanie Grisham’s promotion to White House press secretary

Grisham received a warning letter last year from the Office of the Special Counsel for violating the Hatch Act by engaging in “prohibited political activity” on her official Twitter account.

“The legal rules and guidance are clear that government officials aren’t allowed to use their positions for partisan political activity,” said Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington executive director Noah Bookbinder in a statement last year. “Despite multiple investigations and violations found, the Trump Administration has done nothing to curb its Hatch Act violations and stop the misuse of government for political purposes.”

New WH Press Secretary Stephanie Grisham got into a scuffle with the North Koreans to move members of the WH press pool into position to cover Trump and Kim, I’m told. Grisham was a bit bruised. Source called it “an all out brawl.”

The North Koreans have a reputation for brutal treatment of all who oppose their dictatorial rule.

Their recent history has told us that this also includes Americans.

But considering press secretary stephanie grisham's recent history oh, maybe we can just chalk up the whole unfortunate incident to Too Much SOJU.

This week Trump laughed about Putin’s attack on America—and said they should “rid of” journalists—who Putin’s murdered.

Trump endorsed the Saudi Crown Prince—who had Jamal Khashoggi assassinated.

And invited Kim Jong Un to the WH—even though he killed Otto Warmbier. Damn traitor.
