Question about They Were Sisters.

2 posts in this topic

How  close were the homes of the sisters? When after many years of marriage, the two sisters visit the third by train. I had the impression they lived far apart but when the dog came back home his sister told him to take it to Uncle Will .

Hmmmm...ya know Marysara, as I watched that movie last night, I was kind'a thinkin' the same thing here. It seemed as if all the sisters and their various families lived somewhat within the greater London area and with Charlotte and Vera closer into the center(or if you prefer "centre") of it, and with Lucy out more in the countryside, but as far as I recall it was never specified.

Tell ya what?! Let's look at this map here of the capital city of the land of the superfluous-u and where they drive on the wrong side of the road, and maybe we can figure this whole thing out together?!...
