Trump: Favorable 45, Un 47 - Hillary: Favorable 35, Un 55

As she's not currently holding ANY office in government I fail to see any relevance in this information.  Beyond a transparent excuse for yet ANOTHER video clip.  ;)

Well, considering she was more popular than Trump just a few months ago (she did receive almost 3 million more votes, as Dems keep reminding us), I think it's kind of remarkable that she's disliked more now even though she's basically gone into hiding for most of the interim. Maybe the rumors of her election night breakdown - or of her following period of depression and blaming - or the fact that, unlike Bernie, she withdrew from any appearance of still being interested in the caring about the country at all.......

Who knows why she's lost 15 points from her popularity, but to be less popular now than Trump?? I mean, isn't Trump, like, hated?

Interesting question, I think.

Anyway, I like video clips and figure others do too. That's excuse enough for me.

Do you dream much about Hillary, Dark?

Because you sure spend a lot of your waking hours thinking about her.

But, HOW can you be SURE the clip you post ISN'T part of that big "fake news conspiracy" that some are all up in arms about?  Or is it...

It's "fake news" if you DON'T agree with it and

"Real news" if you DO?  ;)

Some things you just have to decide for yourself.

As far as this particular item goes: Suffolk University conducted a poll and reported the numbers that appear in the title of this thread.

You can decide for yourself whether the poll they conducted - and the result - is fake or real.

Maybe they're just lying about conducting a poll. Politicians lie, so why not University Pollsters?

Yes, politicians lie.  Why it amused me when some people acted like Captain Renault when they found out Bill lied about Monica.

I remember me and my wife laughing heartily when Bill was on TV pounding that lecturn saying, "I did NOT have sexual relations with that woman...Miss lewinski..."

That right THERE was a confession!  :D

Perhaps nightmares about her being in power are keeping her image active in his mind.

It's either that or maybe a Beatles song I remember from Rubber Soul--

" It's Only Love". LOL

It's just that every time I see or hear something about Trump - which is every damned day - I'm reminded of the reason for it. It's called Hillary Clinton. If I didn't see all this Trump - all hours of the day - I wouldn't be reminded of why he's there.

That's a blatant copout. You're still obsessed in your hatred of Clinton. During the election you let it be known you'd rather see Trump elected than her, saying at least he'd be more entertaining in the Oval Office. Well, now you've got him so be satisfied.

Besides, to just blame Clinton for Trump's victory is to ignore the Russian leaks and, in particular, James Comey's interference 11 days prior to the election. Comey played a huge role in Trump's victory. Why don't you go on about Comey if you've now decided you're so sick of Trump's name?

Clinton had no policies to vote for - plus, by the time it came to vote, lots of people had become concerned at the prospect of 4 solid years of that squawk and cackle (she's not a liked personality, ay). Even some Trump haters blanched at voting for her.

Bernie coulda beat Trump with his dick out. And the DNC knows it.

If you want to my opinion, all you have to do is look at the Hillary thread and go back about 6 months, I did not need Comey or the Russians one bit to know Hillary.

She campaigned in California and New York, it's not hard to figure out. Once she got out of those two states she was lost. It was all rich donors and limos.

And the advantage of THAT would have been once SEEING it, people would have thought they were voting for Trump anyway.  ;)

The polls showed Hillary well on the way to victory until Comey spoke. After that they started to slowly drop as the momentum swung to Trump in the last week and a half before the election. Comey energized Trump as a campaigner, too, in those final 11 days while the Democrats were largely on the defensive. The FBI director played a huge role in Trump's upset victory.

In addition to Clinton's personal baggage, Putin hated her, and swung into action to help Trump. This was too much for her to overcome.

Yes, but despite her baggage and all the drip-drip-drip of the Wikileaks she was still comfortably ahead in the polls until Comey opened his mouth. That's why I think he deserves a lion's share of the blame for her loss. Those that were still undecided appear to have largely given up thoughts of voting for her when the FBI director opened up the possibility that she could be facing prosecution because of the newly discovered emails (which turned out to be a fat lot of nothing).
