Groucho Marx to Henderson the Plainclothesman in A NIGHT AT THE OPERA.

Oh, I guess Garbo may have said that as well in GRAND HOTEL :)

Well, Scrooge says that to Marley's ghost in SCROOGE, with Alistair Sim. Not sure if it appears in any other versions of A CHRISTMAS CAROL.

You are right , --it is the Sim version--now this one is very hard---

Hmm .. I think I am being toyed with. The quote from rainingviolets below is spoken by Bebe Daniels in 42nd STREET. But that's not the quote originally asked, since we can see the message has been edited :)

OK, I'll give this game a shot. Since I teach mathematics, here is the quote, and this movie is a very well known suspense film, having nothing to do with mathematics:

"I just made a speech in New York on integration. In differential calculus, a function is given and the differential is obtained."

Name the movie, and bonus points if you can name the actor.

Nope. Actually, the actor is not well known. He speaks the line to the star of the movie. However, I will say that SABOTEUR is actually a clue!

Nope.

We've established that SABOTEUR is some kind of clue, by sheer coincidence since rainingviolets guessed at that.

Another clue is that the man speaking the lines was drunk when he said them, and later in the film, does not remember having the conversation with the lead actor, which causes a problem for the lead actor.
