I see they're honoring Jeanne Moreau; Bill Paxton; Mary Tyler Moore; Don Rickles; Roger Moore; and Barbara Hale (and a few others I haven't figured out yet).

The other honorees are George Romero (director of NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD) and prolific voice actress June Foray (THE PHANTOM TOLLBOOTH).

I will miss Powers Boothe. Ever since I first saw him in the tv mini series about Rev. Jim Jones, I was mesmerized. Whether portraying a good guy (rarely) or bad, he exuded a certain kind of sexuality that evoked a little heat under the collar so to speak. That kind of on screen sexuality hasn't been seen or felt:P since Stuart Whitman. Woof!

An actress who is very obviously missing is Carrie Fisher. Why wasn't she included? Her death was probably the cause of Debbie Reynolds death, who died most likely from a broken heart.

This was covered extensively in another thread in the General Discussions forum, but the answer is that Fisher was in the final edit of the 2016 In Memoriam. I know it seems odd since their deaths were one day apart, but that's how it worked out.

She appears around the 3:41 mark.

I am just so sad that Billy Chapin has left us - he will always be that unforgettable little boy, John Harper, in "Night of the Hunter".
