Can't get on watch tcm

I am with Direct TV have been trying for a week to access watch TCM and have not been successful. I can get it on my i phone, ipad but not on the imac. The techs don't respond to e mails nor have any of my phone calls been returned. I'm really frustrated. Anyone else having the problem? It's just showing the lock by sign in. It says null over my email address?? Don't know what's going on at all. It's worked for years.
