The National Enquirer is not just a gossip tabloid,

it's also a slush fund to pay off donald trump's sexual partners in his adulteress sexual affairs.

Yet another model that sleep with Trump,  willingly,  that wants yet another pay-day.

America deserves to know about the serial sleaze ball they voted for.  Keep piling it on is what I say.

Any American that doesn't already know that Trump is a serial sleaze ball (or even didn't before the election),  was clueless (at best).    Come on that Access Hollywood tape made this 100% clear.

I have no issue with this information getting out,   but I do have an issue with people that sign contracts, get paid for said contract, and then wish to violate the terms of the agreement so they can sue and get more money.

As far as voting goes;  As I said,  Trump supporters,  especially the religious ones, are pragmatic, and they have been rewarded with the Court appointees (at all levels).    Showing that Trump is even more of a sleaze ball, isn't going to move that dial.

You must know that the parties involved don't care what you think.  And we've all heard it several times over so why don't you just sit back and enjoy the show.

The parties involved are at this forum?

No, Sean, Trump’s affairs are between him, his wife, a porn star, a Playboy model, scores of other women, the National Enquirer, an attorney who arranges payoffs, the Trump Org finance dude who gets the laundered hush money, election laws, and the criminal justice system.

Again,  these Christians were just being pragmatic;  they had items on their agenda (e.g. overturning RvW by having a GOP President replace existing 'liberal' justices),  and they focused on that agenda.    AND their pragmatism has been rewarded.

Note that the Dems\Left  are also being pragmatic;  I.e. they really do NOT care about sex outside of marriage and know that it is a NON-issue,  but are pushing the issue in the hope it will cause evangelicals to abandon Trump.    But so far the Dems plans are falling and will likely continue to do so because if that Access Hollywood tape didn't cause evangelicals to abandon Trump,  sex with porn stars and playboy models isn't going to.

Oh,  and a sitting President isn't going to be impeached for possible misuse of campaign funds.    The DOJ tried that with Edwards (he had a KID outside of marriage that he tried to hide),  and Edwards won his case.  The DOJ isn't going to bark up that tree again.

While Kellyanne Conway mostly says some very idiotic things she defined 'fake news' as I have been doing:

"I think some journalists are the enemy of the relevant, and the enemy of the news you can use."

I posted this here  because how relevant and useful the sexual exploits of Trump are is where people have different opinions.     (and by 'useful',  one could mean relevant to the up-coming election,  while someone else would say 'useful' in knowing the character of the President).

A silver lining might be that in the future evangelicals can no longer blather on about

how important the character of a candidate is. But I doubt they will have that much

integrity. After Trump leaves the scene they will go right back to that character garbage.

Conway doesn't like journalists because they write about all the lies Donny tells. It has

nothing to do with fake news. Of course relevant and news you can use is in the eye of

the beholder. The price of cotton is neither relevant or of use to me. That doesn't mean

it is fake news.

There will not be a silver lining because evangelicals will still question the character of a candidate that doesn't support their agenda.    Just another example of them being pragmatic (as well as hypocrites);  Downplay or ignore the character issues of candidates that support their agenda and cry "OMG!" about the character of candidates that do NOT support their agenda.

As for 'fake news';  I define fake news as irrelevant and useless truths.   Therefore to me your price of cotton example is fake news.   (just like many view sex with porn stars or models as fake news).

Note that I find my definition as useful because it separates news that is truthful but irrelevant from flat out lies.  I.e. I prefer to call flat out lies,,, well,,,, lies,   instead of fake news.

Uh,  Vautrin said "The price of cotton is neither relevant or of use to me",  therefore it is fake news (as I define it) to someone like him.    Anyhow,  both of us understood that what is relevant and of use to one person,  may NOT be to another.

The main job of a news editor is to determine what news to focus on and just as important, what news to NOT focus on.   To me both CNN and Fox focus on news that I find irrelevant and useless (e.g. the over coverage of Trump's sexual exploits prior to becoming President,  and for Fox the coverage of his recent campaign rallies which are just free advertising to promote GOP candidates).

Fox has always done this,  but I didn't feel this way about CNN until Trump joined the political arena.

I said it might be a silver lining, but I doubt it will be because the evangelicals haven't shown

a lot of integrity. And while it might not matter much in political matters, it's fun to see they

can be pretty sleazy and dishonest while pretending to be otherwise.

Your definition of fake news is eccentric to me. Fake usually denotes something that is not true,

not something that is either irrelevant and/or of no use. I prefer the former. And something that

is irrelevant and/or of no use to one person may not be to another. By giving your definition at

least one is forewarned that it is different from what most people would consider fake news.

It's just not a term I would use for news that is trivial or unoriginal but still true.

I agree that it would be better to just say irrelevant-news or trivial-news (I really like that one), instead of fake news,  but 'fake news' is now a talking-point.

True. Trump makes things even more complicated as his definition of fake news seems to

be any news that he feels is critical of him, whether true or not.
