&Spielberg & *Lucas, This is in a few pts & it covers not only the history in cinema-(tons of clips) hosted by *J. Cameron, *R. Scott, *Guillermo Del Toro, Sigourney Weaver & lots more talking about history of sci-fi, monsters, aliens, you name it!

It's worth a look to be certain

Think it's name is *James Cameron: Science-Fiction? & is on all the time

& typically it mostly covers these great flix in the contemporary jazz, but also covers a lot on the Golden Age Classics too!

PLEASE LET ME KNOW ANY WHICH WAY  THINK THEY ARE ABOUT AN HOUR A PC.

(P.S. Ed Harris obviously declined to be on it, he despises *Cameron from almost drowning him in 1989's "The Abyss")

It's called James Cameron's Story of Science Fiction. It's on Monday nights at 10:00 PM EST on AMC. It's only 6 episodes long, and 3 of them have already aired. Each episode covers a different aspect of science fiction. The first three episodes were "Alien Life", "Outer Space", and "Monsters". The remaining three episodes are "Dark Futures", "Intelligent Machines", and "Time Travel".

The show emphasizes movies over print and TV SF, but those are touched upon a little bit, too. Most of the show is film clips, talking-head comments from filmmakers, authors, actors, professors and scientists, and interviews conducted by Cameron with other directors, including Spielberg, Lucas, Ridley Scott, and Guillermo Del Toro.

I've enjoyed it so far, even if it's rather superficial on the subject.
