I seem to be having trouble receiving my Now Playing Guide emails.

Seems to me it would make sense to start this thread so it's always available.

If anyone received theirs can you please paste a link on this thread. I will do the same when and if I ever get them.

Many thanks!

Thanks so much to the both of you.  The links worked and I am able to stay up to date with the NPG's.

I wish I knew why there is a glitch sending these out.

Best -

Yancey

It probably has something to do with using a cut-rate third party service with a name like Spam Monkey.

Well it's becoming something of an issue, no pun intended.  I even gave a second email address still nothing. TCM is advertising it daily so what's the point if you don't get it?

Maybe BingFan will post another one.

On the TCM home page, in the upper-right, under the MAGAZINE and SHOP tabs, is a place to signup or log into a TCM profile. This is different than our forum accounts. Once you have an account, you can log into it and go to My Profile. There is MY PROFILE, NEWSLETTERS and CONTACT US. The NEWSLETTERS tab includes the Now Playing Newsletter subscription option. The CONTACT US tab appears to be broken.

Here is a Submit a request link:

https://tcmdigitalhelp.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

I had to be entered manually. This also happened when my FilmStruck newsletter quit arriving.

Once again, there is the argument of having the Now Playing Newsletter on the TCM site, and in advance of the beginning of the month.

Thanks, Hepburn Fan!

You came to my rescue again!  I'll give it a try and see what happens.

I just don't get why it can't be posted on the TCM website. Makes absolutely no sense at all. Unless there's some sort of marketing scheme behind it. Clicks and links and cookies and your what not.

In the meantime Many, many thanks!

Yancey

I think that is one thing most everyone here can agree on, the newsletter should be accessible from the TCM site.

You are welcome Yancey. I complain about TCM programming, but October looks pretty decent.

I just caught up with this thread and see that yanceycravat posted the online address for it, which should cover it.  But in case someone still wants to see the October email here, here it is.  (Not sure why the "link" boxes are hard to see in this version, but the links do work.)

I also did not get mine and it's now October 4. I signed up again just in case something happened to my subscription. I also contacted support, though I've heard nothing back from them.  Thanks for posting the link to the guide Hepburn Fan!
