Well one thing good came from this, the news outlet found something other than Stormy Daniels to focus on.

Those kids, stole my moment in the spotlight.

WATCH: Ann Coulter calls immigrant children crying after being separated from parents “child actors” http://hill.cm/q9hvBcT

I feel like there was a time in American history when this sort of comment would be career-ending. Am I wrong?

Did we never have enough decency in America to shun a person who calls impoverished children ripped from their mothers' arms in a strange land "child actors"?

I wonder.

** BTW  the 'child actor' remark got a  like from DJT jr. @ twitter

I keep wondering how you reunite a 4-year-old who doesn’t speak English with a deported parent who doesn’t know where their kid is.

The only answer I can think of is: You don’t.

This! This! This! Confiscating rosaries from immigrants. The pro-family, pro-faith, pro-boot straps GOP has lost their souls.

This reminds me of all those Life Magazine photos I used to see about The Holocaust.

The Nazis had mounds of gold piled up high that they had stolen from their Jewish victims.

Not just wedding rings and jewelry but-- even the gold in their teeth.

And I don't want to talk about the lamp shades.

Despite all of his hateful and bigoted rhetoric, trump's actions and behavior are ironically uniting the country-- against him.

nice! much better than the 2 rosaries I had when I went to a catholic school for one year.

I was very proud of them. the first one was cheapo being a piece of string with blue plastic beads and a plastic crucifix. my 2nd one was a real rosary with a metal chain, black beads and a metal crucifix. I really got a kick outta going to Friday mass.

:)

Maybe some will. Worth it for you then, is it, a government surrendering any semblance of humanity or morality by traumatizing innocent children?

If this happened in a Third World nation you'd be spewing venom at the leader, wouldn't you? But when it's "your guy" who endorses it, you rationalize acceptance of a policy that will be a stain in American history.

As well as a stain on those Trump followers who supported it.

You ever heard of not punishing children for the sins of the fathers?  That is what you are doing.  Punishing kids and trying to rationalize it.  Sick.

‘Zero Tolerance’ Inside a South Texas Courtroom

Mass trials are now the norm in McAllen, where the Trump administration’s new policy on prosecuting illegal border crossing has strained the federal court system.

,........ Previously, people caught crossing over the border illegally would be subject to deportation back to their home country, but not necessarily criminal prosecution. Typically, those with prior records or multiple deportation orders were more likely to face prosecution, and adults who entered the country with children were rarely charged. But on April 6, Sessions issued a new directive urging prosecutors to charge anyone who enters the country illegally—even those with families in tow or with clean records who were crossing the border for the first time. ....

“They are targeting people with children deliberately,” Efrén Olivares, the racial- and economic-justice director for the Texas Civil Rights Project, told me outside the courthouse on Monday.

“So even though they are not prosecuting everybody for the misdemeanor, they are prosecuting everyone with a child and therefore separating them indefinitely.” ........
