Lookalikes?

I'm just good that way, that's all! ;)

But c'mon now. Ya have to admit there's at least some resemblance between these two, right?! The nose, the mouth, the hairline...to name just a few similarities.

(...well, at least a whole heck of a lot more than between Hardy and Power, anyway!)

Funny you should mention this, Fred.

My own MOTHER used to tell me that all the time!!!

(...well, that AND, "Why don't you go outside and play...on the FREEWAY!")

I don't know where Mom got it from, but I always enjoyed hearin' her say it to me.

(...though HER punchline actually was..."There's one leaving in the morning. Be on it!")

Yeah Sans, some of those were fairly good.

However, instead of Christopher "More Cowbell" Walken lookin' like Alban Berg...

...I was gettin' more an Alfred Molina vibe here...

When I was a little kid, watching TOPPER reruns in the daytime and 77 SUNSET STRIP at night, I thought that Robert Sterling and Richard Long looked a lot alike. So, a decade later there they were on NANNY AND THE PROFESSOR playing brothers.

For good measure, here's Gig Young:

I just finished watching The Razor's Edge on TCM On Demand, and I couldn't help but noticing the resemblance between Ty Power and George Clooney; even the voices are a bit similar at times. I havene't been able to post images, though.

Rosebette, I've always noticed the resemblance between Power and Clooney. They are from the same area of the country and both born in May, not that this explains it! Clooney told Power's daughter Romina that he modeled his career on Power's.

If you want to see a frightening resemblance, take a look at Zac Efron and Tyrone here:

Sorry, but other than Power and Clooney being very good looking guys(unlike Raymond Burr :^0 ...sorry, couldn't resist that one...see the "William Hopper" thread if ya don't get this joke) I'm not quite seein' this here. Okay, maybe slighty.

Now, Efron I suppose looks a little more like Power, especially in that link...at least in my opinion, anyway.

Hey! Well at least NOW ya gotta admit that H.B. Warner looked a heck of a lot more like Conrad Veidt than Clooney does to Power, RIGHT?! :P

;)

(...which now leads us to the question: Who the heck does RAYMOND BURR look like???) :^0

Ya know Miles, I think you've got it!

Raymond Burr

(...well, I think that's closer than Fred's Burr/Welles suggestion, anyway)
