So glad somebody pointed this out.

Not too classy Mrs. Obama....

"I mean, this is like a state visit, so they tell you that you're going to do this, they're going to stand here. Never before do you get this gift, so I'm sort of like OK. ... What am I supposed to do with this gift?" Obama said.

Michelle Obama is of course talking about inauguration 2017.  So here's a flashback for her inauguration 2009.

Wait a second here, noah!

Were you attempting to say something wasn't supposed to go to classy Mrs. Obama here?

So, what wasn't supposed to go to her, I ask?

Oh, wait. Were to attempting to actually say that what she did or didn't do or said or thought was not TOO classy???

(...sorry, couldn't resist...ya see, somehow I'm gettin' to be a real stickler for proper grammar and correct spelling lately...I'm thinkin' this has somethin' to do with occasionally running across one of those juvenile little tweets from the Man-Child-in-Chief while watching one those "Enemies of The People" entities on my television, and where that idiot fractures and/or misappropriates the English language so often...and so PLEASE don't take this personally!!!)

LOL

Yeh, Michele Obama had an awkward moment with a gift.

First this is two year old news and secondly, what's the big deal? How does her awkwardness at this moment make her less than classy?

This is pretty nit picky stuff.

Since the OP is very anti-Trump I assume he was saying that the 'set-up' of giving a gift at that moment was the not too classy part and not Mrs. Obama (who is classic IMO).

Anyhow,  at least Michele drives a car!

Oh,  it was on CNN,  that explains it;   just more fake news.

PS:  I define 'fake news' as irrelevant stories.

The interview with Obama was actually from ABC News (Roberts should have asked about the gift moment in 2009)

Michelle Obama says Melania Trump turned down her offer of help

"On Sunday, Obama was asked about the incident by ABC News' Robin Roberts, "Has (Trump) reached out asked?"

"No," said Obama. "No, she hasn't."

Roberts did not ask if Obama had reached out to Bush during her tenure for counsel.

On Monday afternoon, Stephanie Grisham, Trump's communications director, said in a statement to CNN that the first lady was not in need of Obama's assistance."
