5 Movies or Less

97 posts in this topic

OK TCM Fans, I've got a little game for all of you! Every day I will list two movies of Hollywood's Golden Age, and you have to try to connect them in 5 moves or less. How? by Actors.

Here is an example:

Gone With the Wind to Double Indemnity

1. Gone With the Wind (Olivia De Havilland)

2. The Adventures of Robin Hood (Errol Flynn)

3. Dive Bomber (Fred Macmurray)

4. Double Indemnity

Got it? OK, here is July 2nd's:

Imitation of Life to Dinner at Eight

Good Luck!

Replying here to your "5 Movies or Less" thread - which I loved. I couldn't reply on that thread because it said that thread is locked and no replies are allowed.

5 movies or less from Imitation of Life to Dinner at Eight

1. Imitation of Life (Lana Turner)

2. Love Finds Andy Hardy (Judy Garland)

3. The Wizard of Oz (Billie Burke)

4. Dinner at Eight

Doris Day(Julie)

Eleanor Powell (Born to Dance)

Jimmy Stewart (Philadelphia Story)

Didn't you know Douglas Fowley was in SINGIN' IN THE RAIN? I thought every classic movie fan knew that. Next time I'll draw you a map.
