Ferry to Hong Kong on streaming?

Does anyone know of a streaming service that has Ferry to Hong Kong (1959) starring Curt Jurgens, Orson Welles and Sylvia Syms? I can't find it on Amazon, Vudu, Netflix or iTunes. The problem is that the DVDs are terrible and look even worse on a big screen. The Region 1 DVD is letterboxed so the vertical resolution is low. The Region 2 DVD should theoretically be better since it's anamorphic and 576i rather than 480i, but actually looks just as bad, with lots of aliasing. It's as if their source was the Region 1 video digitally stretched vertically to fit the higher resolution.

It's available on the Classic Reel app on Roku, listed under action.  (Classic Reel is the only reason I even keep my Roku stick)..they rate the quality as 2 out of 4, but I just looked at a couple scenes out of curiosity, and it looked awfully good on my tv.
