On Demand movies do not work, just shows the end

TCM on-demand movies are not working. When I start any movie, the timeline on the bottom of the screen show up as blue, meaning the movie is completely finished, the round arrow appears on a black screen showing the end of the movie, and I cannot get the cursor to move to the beginning of the timeline no matter what I try. Occasionally the intro will start but within a minute, the round arrow will appear on top of the film and then it stops. It started on April 6, 2019. I have tried Chrome and Firefox, closed and opened both browsers, and rebooted my computer a few times.

I noticed this too. And it seems to happen almost every other month and it's very annoying.

The same thing is happening to me... grrrr.
WatchTCM is pretty much the only way I watch TCM these days... since the TV in the living room is usually occupied by people who can't stand B&W.
