Tcm on roku , Xfinity service provider

Even after deleting app, resigning in , restarting and ....

Same message: "We apologize  for the inconvenience,  but the requested

title is not available at this time, please select a different  title."

The next selection promptly pops up same msg.

I'm in Atlanta, I use Xfinity. I can access on phone or 

TV in real time. Please Help!! Faithful fan.
