WatchTCM is broken on my end: "An error occured" upon starting every title

Since the morning of August 28, the WatchTCM app I have on Android device and as a Spectrum subscriber, not a single movie title will stream. (The freebie clips/intros will load.)  I get the " ! An error occurred" message trying to play any title. I did every trick to try to recover service, like rebooting, reinstalling/ signing in, etc, nothing worked. My Spectrum is working fine, that was verified with tech support last night. Can your technical people please try to fix this, I pay for this service, Thank You!
