OK, sure thing Miss Maven. I think I'm on your wavelength......I realized when looking through pictures of this brown haired hunk of man, that I like him best a little roughed up....What does that says about me? :)

Thanks. No. She was just the mom of 5 kids. But, she was extremely talented. She was a wonderful singer and dancer, and kept her incredible figure, until the day she died. Both she and my dad were very musical, and all of us kids sang, as well. I was the only one who actually made a living from it. However, I was by no means the most talented.

When Arlene Dahl met her (I played her son in a production of The King and I), she said "Keep her away from Fernando!"

john - that was awfully nice of you to post a picture of your mom. She's lovely - her hairstyle reminds me of my own mom back in the day. Thanks, cinemafan

Why you ARE a mind-reader!!! Thank you so much. I'm going to put some more thoughts out there for you. See how good your wavelength is. I just watched "While The City Sleeps" and I loved listening to his gravelly voice.

The board has been absolutely insane the past coupla nights. And you don't need to be clairvoyant to understand that.

Thanx again. Dana's a lovely brunette.

I love the ones with the puppy, too! There are a few more on the website. I really like those because she looks like she is wearing absolutely no makeup, and she is still stunning.

You are right, the lower part of her face is so feminine. Her mouth, nose and apple cheeks are very waif-like.... she is almost the definition of gamine......
