The Article:

Fango got an update from Shout! Factory on its schedule for the horror films in its Roger Corman?s Cult Classics disc line this year. The fright features follow ROCK ?N? ROLL HIGH SCHOOL, arriving May 4 on DVD and May 11 on Blu-ray, and DEATH RACE 2000, coming June 22 in both formats.

The biggest news is that THE SLUMBER PARTY MASSACRE COLLECTION, packing all three of the driller-killer flicks and copious special features onto a two-disc set, has been given a street date of October 5. Supplement director Jason Paul Collum gave us a preview of what he?s working on for the package on our old newsblog here.

The same day will see the release of a double feature of THE EVIL and TWICE DEAD; however, ATTACK OF THE CRAB MONSTERS/NOT OF THIS EARTH (1957) and UP FROM THE DEPTHS/DEMON OF PARADISE, previously set for July 20 and August 3 respectively, are now undated. The 1987 NOT OF THIS EARTH, with Traci Lords, and TIME WALKER/DEAD SPACE have been shifted from September 28 to November 2. Still set for July 20 are GALAXY OF TERROR and FORBIDDEN WORLD, the latter of which will be a two-DVD set with both the theatrical and director?s cuts; look for more details on these soon.

Here's a little known biker flick that has rarely seen the light of day. It's a 1980's film entitled, "Time Rider: The Advent-ure of Lyle Swan." It stars Fred Ward in the title role and the great L. Q. Jones. It was produced by fomer Monkee, Mike Nesmith. Check it out.
