What in Common?

96 posts in this topic

OK, here's another question. For movie buffs, this will be rather easy, but it will be fun to see who answers correctly first. What do the following movies have in common: "Party Girl", "Storm Warning", and "I Wake Up Screaming." Good luck!

Terrence.

Off the top of my head , could it being something like this? Downbeat serious films starring actresses (Grable, Day, Charisse) who had previously generally been in light, frothy comedies or musicals.

Good for you, Finance. Originally, I was thinking of dramas starring famous musical stars, but I liked your answer better.

What do Rhonda Fleming and Jane Russell have in common?

(Terrence, you might want to combine this thread into the other one)

Both Rhonda Fleming and Jane Russell were singers having several albums to their credit. They were both members of a religious quartet named "The Four Girls", with Connie Haines and Beryl Davis or Della Russell who, I think, is Jane's sister because she looks like her. Their album, "Feel The Spirit" is available on Amazon...Actually, both Rhonda and Jane were pretty good singers..
