It's an International Picture that Universal adopted when the two concerns merged (most of the rest of the International library was farmed out to Independent Releasing). It was then adopted, along with THE SAXON CHARM, A DOUBLE LIFE and a few other pictures by National Telefilm Associates. It is now owned by Paramount. Paramount has licensed it to Olive Films, who have released it on DVD and, I believe, Blu-Ray.
