Any chance it's German composer Hans Erdmann who scored Nosferatu?

No, but the film does, indeed, have a vampire theme.

Isn't that Chopin's Nocturne and the film would be Dracula's Daughter???

That's it!  You win an evening with Nan Grey!

Another musical puzzler tomorrow.

Thanks but I'll keep my neck unbitten. Did you know that she was married to Frankie Laine for almost 45 years till she passed away

I had no idea.  I know she was a protege of Joe May but had no idea she was married to Laine.  Very nice!

I think we need another clue, Ray.

Okay - it's a fast paced comedy with lightning-paced dialogue.  The play was filmed three times but this version had an alternate title.  It also had an alternate something else!!

We all should have recognized that theme immediately, we've seen the film enough times LOL

HIS GIRL FRIDAY

INDEED!  But well done!  Music composed by Sidney Cutner.

Okay, here's something a bit later and a bit more dramatic.  First hint is evident in the emblem music - the studio!
