I recently added several high-quality photos and video from the spooky 1960 public domain film

"The City Of The Dead" to my "Classic Movies" website/blog. So I thought I'd share the link and

some of the pictures here....

This movie is also known as 'HORROR HOTEL', btw.  I've seen it under that title.  Nice, eerie little movie.  Best time to watch:  At the stroke of midnight!  Muhahahahaha!

To answer NipkowDisc's earlier question (which Nipkow later deleted, which probably means "Nip" obtained the correct answer independently, but I'll answer it anyway after reading Nip's post via e-mail notification)---

The full title of the film, as released in England in September 1960, is "THE City Of The Dead", which can also be confirmed by the title card used in the film (shown below).

Thanks. And Godspeed. :)

I love this film, it's extremely well done and very atmospheric. Two great performances: Patricia Jessel, who played Elizabeth Selwyn/Mrs. Newless; and Valentine Dyall, who played Jethrow Keane.
