Doctor Who- in the episodes The Empty Child and The Doctor Dances, an alien hospital craft carrying nanogenes designed for healing finds a child with a gas mask and tries to "cure" the inhabitants of WWII London by remaking them in the likeness of the child.

I think this plot was also used for THE OMEGA MAN starring Charlton Heston.

Another film I should mention, since it's quite good, is IT'S ALL TRUE. This is the production where RKO pulled Orson Welles off THE MAGNIFICENT AMBERSONS to do a good neighbor film about Mexico and South America. Welles filmed three or four different segments. It was never released by RKO but in the 1990s the segments were rediscovered, edited together and the picture was finally released. The one about a boy and his bull in Mexico is great, and so is the carnival segment that occurs in Rio de Janeiro.

THE BAD SEED (1956)

THE BISHOP MISBEHAVES (1935)

IN COLD BLOOD (1967)

BAD BASCOMB (1946)

LADY BEHAVE! (1938 - original title was "The Lady Misbehaves" the premise about a bigamous marriage - the Hays Office told Republic Pictures that in times like these ladies do not misbehave, so by droppiing the "mis" from the title it would still give the the desired undesirable impression.)

BORN TO BE BAD (1950 with Joan Fontaine, Robert Ryan, Joan Leslie & Zachary Scott)

THE OTHER (1972 with the wonderful Uta Hagen)

BORN TO BE BAD (1934 with Loretta Young & Cary Grant)

EVERYTHING YOU ALWAYS WANTED TO KNOW ABOUT SEX BUT WERE AFRAID TO ASK (Cole Porter's LET'S MISBEHAVE and cute little bunnies in opening credits)

THE BAD AND THE BEAUTIFUL (1952)
