How about Christmas Holiday (1944), a noir starring Deanna Durbin and Gene Kelly?

Yes, superb film. TCM needs to air it.

THE CHEATERS (1945) Wish TCM would air this gem!

THE REF (1994) I love this film and each time I watch it I laugh so hard it hurts!

HOLIDAY INN (1942)

SCROOGE (aka A CHRISTMAS CAROL) 1951

HANNAH AND HER SISTERS (1986)

BROADWAY DANNY ROSE (1984)

STALAG 17 (1953) "Ah So"

RADIO DAYS (1987)

THE BISHOP'S WIFE (1947)

Note: I just realized that I don't have the holiday in the title, but I love these "holiday" movies and that's why I posted them.

I'm going to add Groundhog Day (1993). Not an official holiday because it doesn't get its own Hallmark card and federal and state government employees don't get the day off, but it does get its own mascot: Punxsutawney Phil.

I believe TCM aired THE CHEATERS on Christmas Eve 2017. So you've had it on your DVR for over a year and a half!

could be...it's full of stuff going back several years (I only thought of it because I've been clearing off the dvr to return it next week...want to make sure I didn't miss anything four years ago 😉)

I hope you made a DVD copy of it. If I had my way, it would air every Christmas Eve on TCM!

maybe they don't think it would attract an audience because it's public domain now (on Youtube) ?

I hope that's not why it doesn't air more often. THE CHEATERS has only been broadcast on TCM a few times-- in 2008 (Christmas Eve and Christmas Day) and 2017 (Christmas Eve). It deserves to become an annual tradition.
