Trying to figure out the connection of Sir Issac Newton and yogurt from the last spam.

It is well known that Newton discovered gravity when he was hit on the head with an apple yogurt.

I just saw an article stating the Chinese have constructed the largest (radio?) telescope in the world for the detection of alien life. I believe they may have routed it's input through a North Korean server, then onward to these message boards.

Success!

...for 88 wons, you can have a peek

EDIT: I see the price has increased to 7000 wons

If only these North Korean casinos would offer wine club memberships and, possibly, a cruise or two...

Less money spent for on the job training for hosts, could be appropriated for spam filters.

Put that money where it's more needed.

I keep thinking that one of these fine days, they will use the non-stop spam attacks as

the rationale for shutting down the message boards permanently.

Tonight's spam topic might seem a refreshing change, highlighting Lee Case Length Shell Holders.  But the careful observer will realize that is only a clever ruse to disguise yet more Korean sports betting.

Brexit has wreaked havoc in world financial markets, with North Korea taking a huge hit as their won takes a 46,000 percent decrease in value. Your 88 won University degree will now cost you only 405,665,716 wons. But WAIT! Act now and we'll include a second degree at no extra cost to you, just pay the additional 405,665,716 wons shipping and handling. Act now to receive this special offer.. not available in stores.

It's enough to make me hardly ever visit this place. I peeked in at about 1am and there were two full pages of it. This was hardly the first time that happened.

It seems that the last major upgrade put out a welcome mat for spammers yet at the time, there were many regulars complaining that they had a hard time getting back in. A whole bunch just opened new accounts.

Not sure how it happened, but I got spam notifications.  Maybe that person friended me?

As you said once in Vicious Rumours, they could always replace the TCM Wine Club with another -

The "Let's Get High" club.

LOL.

With all the states legalizing marihuana, that's a distinct possibility.  Now, Columbian Gold with Bring Me the Head of Alfredo Garcia. . .

I see the 88 won box lunch is still being offered. Though with the British Pound taking a hit, they're going for 888 wons across the pond.

I see we also have a new item on the menu this week: tickets to a BBC production of your choice for only 88 wons each (you must be 5 stones or less to purchase. Dr. Who slightly higher. Good only while N. Korea is still on the map.)

I wonder how many cans of Vienna Sausages one spammer can eat in a single night's work. I'm thinkin' like.... 20-30 depending on if they need the labels to be in their native language 'cause they can't tell by the picture what's inside. Going by picture only takes longer.

The spammers are using up so much bandwidth, I am unable to open threads - they timeout with a message saying the site cannot be reached.
