Either Sabu or Sinbad (stand-up comic)

As a side note -  the one I had in mind before was actually Natalie Wood.  I tend to notice that she always seems to wear some kind of silver bracelet on her left wrist.  (I believe that Robert Osborne once mentioned the significance of this in the commentary of one of her films).

Next: Won BOTH an Oscar and an Emmy.

Interesting. I believe Madonna wears hers for religious purposes (as a convert to Judaism).
