As I told @maddow last week, in 12 years I have NEVER seen White House security overrule the line adjudicators. Even if it did occasionally occur in the past (and the NBC news report said it had), Kline overruled the adjudicators on THIRTY cases.

Oversight is needed.

Either Trump is incredibly stupid or this is a 'smart' message to his base which he has recognized as being incredibly stupid.

What an ignorant tu-d****.

Yeah, Trump is a real peacenik who doesn't believe in using the U.S. military for regime change.  What a crock!  He doesn't believe in anything except how to swindle the working class in the name of an oligarchy system rigged for billionaires.

Only in certain cases. His dictator pals are exempt!

Gone in a generation: Across America, climate change is already disrupting lives.
The continental United States is 1.8 degrees Fahrenheit warmer than it was a century ago. Seas around the coasts are nine inches higher. Damage is mounting because of these fundamental changes, and Americans are living it.

 Newbie boy is Un- American.

Shows an immediate identification only with the1% billionaire class.

Also, you can disagree with someone without being denigrating and sexist.

Wanting all Americans to have decent Health Care could never be Un- American --

Whether or not it's economically feasible is another question.

It seems to me that this is all about priorities.  America is supposed to be the richest country in the world.  It certainly has the biggest economy.  Why cannot it afford the health care systems that Canada and every other civilized country in the world offer to all of its citizens?

And BTW Harris was wrong in saying that medicare for all means that people will have to give up private insurance. You can always choose to have health insurance as well as the basic universal coverages.  Many private plans in Canada offer private rooms if you are hospitalized and things like that.  But even so the private insurance, which is a top up, is much cheaper in Canada.

Ainsley Earhardt & Chris Christie say President Trump can be moved by emotion to negotiate, as we saw when federal workers were finally paid after he ended the shutdown (that he started,) and “when parents were separated from their children, he put them back together.”

He wasn't moved by emotion, he was moved by the continuous negative publicity which his

actions brought. Not even Trump was so clueless as not to see what a disaster these were.

THIS. The big Worldwide Threats Assessment just released by U.S. intelligence officials

mentions "climate" as a threat more often than "migrants".

(Five times for "climate", three for "migrants".

Sure, that's close. But significant given WH policy.) https://www.intelligence.senate.gov/sites/default/files/documents/os-dcoats-012919.pdf

We heard the Director of National Intelligence Dan Coates talk a lot about many threats, such as Russia and China and North Korea and Iran.

Guess what we didn't hear about: our Southern border.

There is no national emergency at our borders. #FactsMatter
