Coming out against tobacco in 2019? A real example of political courage.

Some may think it is if you are a senator [McConnell] from Kentucky who has election problems in the past.

Harry Zahn Retweeted CNN Breaking News

"A federal district judge has told the accounting firm Mazars it will need to turn over Donald Trump's accounting records from before he was President to the Democratic-control House Oversight Committee. Trump had attempted to challenge the subpoena in federal court."

Matthew Miller Retweeted Zoe Tillman

The ruling is important, but the speed with which the judge acted is critical if there any hope of stopping Trump’s lawlessness. Hopefully the DC Circuit Court of Appeals gets this and will follow suit.

So are the American taxpayers paying the tens of thousands of dollars to fight the release of Trump's PERSONAL documents?

1. Trump asked Don McGahn to fire Bob Mueller.

2. Then Trump asked McGahn to lie about his request to fire Mueller.

3. Next Trump claimed the #MuellerReport totally exonerated him.

4. Now Trump wants to block McGahn from testifying about what happened.

It's settled law in DC federal court that there's no unqualified immunity for a former White House Counsel.

Don McGahn doesn't work for the White House, and in fact Trump has no power to stop him from testifying tomorrow.

If he doesn't show up, send the U.S. Marshals out. Period.

Wouldn't it  be nice if Trump acted like a normal president and did his job instead of spending most of his time looking for ways to enrich himself?!!?  Then the Dems would not need to "harass" Trump trying to investigate all his criminal activity, or his attempts to try to cover this activity with his lawless ruse of stonewalling and "Executive Privilege" !!!

Or if he stopped going to Trump facilities with full SS detail, spending hundreds of millions in taxpayer money.  He cares not for Americans, just himself and his bottom line.

George Conway Retweeted Rebecca Ballhaus

“‘I felt the rules were being changed to hurt Trump, and I thought it was damaging for the presidency over the long haul,’ Mr. Barr said.”

What’s damaging for the presidency—and the country—over the long, and short, haul is:

👉 Donald J. Trump.

Trump accuses the FBI and Democrats of treason. He then has to pause as his fans chant, "lock them up!"

"We have a great new attorney general who will give it a very fair look," Trump says. 👀

Steven Beschloss Retweeted Aaron Rupar

With our United States of America plane behind him, the lying demagogue Donald Trump fuels the crowd to shout hostility toward the FBI & other Americans. It remains shocking. It will never be normal. This anti-American behavior by the Abuser-in-Chief must be brought to an end.
