I believe it was last month sometime I quickly clicked on TCM and saw a movie scene. It was a black and white movie set in WWII. It was of a bomber cockpit with 4 flyers in it. Three were the crew of the bomber and one was a fighter jock. They were good naturely bashing each others aircraft and missions.
I instruct Command and General Staff Course (ILE) and have a military history class covering the 8th Army Air Force in WWII and the doctrine that dictated it's missions and strategies. This clip would be a great opening for that class. However, I wasn't able to watch the movie enough to catch the title. It's one I haven't seen before and I thought I'd seen all the flying war movies made.
