  1. Last night I was trying to authenticate the app through my cable provider and it kept saying that I did not have a subscription when I did have a subscription. What I was able to figure out is that there was a message that my remote batteries were low and once I changed the remote batteries I was able to log into the app. Hope this helps someone else who is having a similar problem.
