I would really appreciate it if someone could help me out here. I trying to figure out the name of a funny movie I saw on TCM a couple of times. It was about a woman who lives with her father and sister and ends up getting pregnant by a GI but doesn't know who the father is. They were married but couldn't find the marriage license I believe and a male friend of the woman tried to help her out by marrying her and claiming that he was the father. I think the name of the woman in the movie is Trudy. If anyone knows what I'm talking about here I would really appreciate it if you could give me more info. Thanks!
