I too love this station but am to the breaking point with the sound problem. This has been an ongoing annoyance since the new year and now borders on the ridiculous!! We have been trying to make DVD's for my invalid father who does not get your network and have had to give up. PLEASE do something about this. It is not our cable carrier. We have been around and around with them and yours is the only station we have the problem with. You frequently come across our system as "poor quality signal" while all the other 100+ stations are fine. You make cable worth it - but this won't last much longer!!
